Lititz Healthcare actively recruits international nurses from developing countries with highly skilled labor forces such as India, Jamaica, the Philippines, Singapore, and, to a lesser extent, from Canada and Great Britain.

Lititz applies the same rigorous vetting standards used for our domestic healthcare staff. All our international nurses must have Bachelor Degrees or Associate Diplomas in Nursing and at least two years clinical experience in their home country. They must be fully certified in their specialties, including Med-Surg, ICU, ER, L&D and Telemetry. Of course, our nurses are rigorously tested for fluency in both spoken and written English.
